- Do I need to reserve a seat?
- For regular service, no — just book your ride and show up at any stop. For Bills home games and big events, we recommend reserving in advance because routes fill up.
- Can I bring my bike?
- Yes. Every shuttle has a 2-bike rack on the front. First come, first served. Skateboards and folding scooters can ride inside.
- What time do you run?
- Every day, 7am to 11pm. Game days and major event days we extend through the end of the event plus 90 minutes.
- Do you run in the snow?
- Yes, our shuttles are equipped for Western New York winters. We may consolidate to a single loop in extreme conditions — check the live status banner up top.
- How does hop-on, hop-off actually work?
- Once you've bought a day pass, you can board at any stop on any of the three loops as many times as you want until 11pm. Just show your pass to the driver.
- Is there a kids/senior discount?
- Kids 12 and under ride free with an adult. Seniors 65+ get 25% off any pass — just ask at booking.
- Are the shuttles wheelchair accessible?
- All three loops use ADA-compliant low-floor shuttles with a ramp and tie-downs. Call ahead if you have a power chair so we can plan boarding.
- Can I charter the shuttle for an event?
- We charter for weddings, bachelorette weekends, brewery tours, and corporate outings across the three towns. Email [email protected] for a quote.
